Grab a large bowl
Add 4 oz cream cheese to bowl
Add 1/4 cup butter to bowl
Turn on electric mixer & mix together
Once smooth, add 3 cups powdered sugar to bowl
Add 1 tsp vanilla to bowl
Turn mixer on & mix together
Add 2 1/2 cups of coconut flakes to bowl
Mix together
Grab a baking sheet
Grab a pair of gloves
Roll the mixture into small balls
Grab a plate & pour cinnamon on the plate
Take all the balls & roll them in the cinnamon mixture
Place in the fridge for 20 minutes
