Ingredients
- 1 Large Flour Tortilla
- 1/4 cup of Marinara Sauce
- 1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese
- Pepper and onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven/toaster 400 degrees
- Place tortilla on backing sheet with tin foil
- Spray tin foil with non-stick cooking spray
- Cut peppers and onions
- Pour 1/4 cup of Marinara sauce on tortilla
- Spread the sauce evenly on the tortilla
- Sprinkle a 1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese evenly on top of sauce
- Add onions and peppers
- Place baking sheet in oven
- Set timer for 10 mins or until cheese is melted
- After timer goes off, take pizza out of the oven
- Remove pizza from baking pan using spatula
- Let cool and enjoy
