Baked Boneless Wings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • Other seasonings optional
  • 1/2 cup of hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breast

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Add 1/4 cup of flour to large bowl
  • Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and optional seasonings you would like to the same bowl and stir to mix
  • Crack and whish egg and place in another bowl
  • Add the 1/2 cup breadcrumbs to the third bowl
  • Cover baking tray with tin foil and spray the foil with cooking spray
  • Using a cutting board and a knife cut the four strips of boneless chicken into nugget size bites
  • Dip the nuggets one at a time in flour mixture
  • Then dip into egg
  • Then dip into panko crumbs mixture
  • Make sure to coat the chicken pieces evenly
  • Place the dipped nuggets onto baking tray
  • Put the nuggets in oven and bake for 15-20 mins
  • Once chicken is completely cooked, turn oven on broil for 1-2 minutes (this will make your chicken crispy)
  • Take nuggets out the oven
  • Toss nuggets in sauce (OPTIONAL)
