Banana Pudding

Equipment

  • one medium sized cake pan
  • Large mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 4 Bananas ripe medium
  • 2 1/2 cups milk cold
  • 1 package vanilla pudding instant
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 1 container whipped topping such as coolwhip
  • vanilla wafer cookies
  • vanilla or cinnamon sugar optional garnish

Instructions

  • Gather ingredients
  • slice bananas into small rounds
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cold milk and instant vanilla pudding mix
  • whisk or beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes
  •  Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until thoroughly blended
  • With a spatula or spoon, fold half of the whipped topping into the pudding mixture.
  • Layer wafers at the bottom of the pan
  • Add sliced bananas on top of the wafers
  • Add pudding on top of the bananas and wafers
  • Repeat steps 7-9 until all ingredients are used.
  • Garnish the dessert with banana slices, if desired. For an extra special look, sprinkle the dessert with vanilla sugar or a cinnamon-sugar blend.
