In a small bowl, mix the chicken, cream cheese, ranch, buffalo sauce, cheddar, and green onions.
Spread evenly over the tortilla.
Roll tightly into a log.
Chill for 10–15 minutes if you want cleaner slices.
Slice into 3–4 pinwheels.

Serve with 1 tablespoon of ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
