Safe to eat cookie dough flavored like gingerbread cookies with cinnamon, ginger, and molasses.

Equipment

  • 1 Table Spoon
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
  • 1/8 Teaspoon
  • 1 Small bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 TBS salted butter softened
  • 1 TBS dark brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 TSP molasses
  • 2 TBS all purpose flour
  • 1/8 TSP cinnamon
  • 1/8 TSP ground ginger
  • 1 Pinch Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Gather Equipment
  • In a small bowl or ramekin add 1 tbs butter
  • Put bowl in microwave for 30 seconds to soften
  • Add 1 tbs to bowl with butter
  • Add 1 1/2 teaspoon of molasses to bowl
  • In a small bowl, stir together the butter, brown sugar, and molasses.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir until fully combined.
  • Enjoy as is, or add your favorite toppings such as sprinkles, nuts, peppermint pieces, or chocolate chips.
