Cut chicken into bite size pieces, about the size of a quarter
Put chicken into a bowl
Add cornstarch and your choice of seasoning to the chicken
Mix until chicken is evenly coated
Put pan on hot plate and heat on high heat
When pan is hot add cooking oil and turn down to medium
Add chicken to pan
Spread on the bottom of the pan evenly
Let cook for 3 minutes
Flip and let cook for another 3 minutes
If the chicken is not golden flip and cook for another 2 minutes on each side, this step may need to be repeated
When the chicken is golden add your sauce to the pan
Mix together until combined
Let cook for 2 minutes
Mix again
Let cook for 2 more minutes
When your sauce gets thicker turn hot plate off and mix again
Put chicken and sauce into a bowl
