For the graham cracker crust: in a small plastic bag, crush the graham cracker into a powder.
For the cheesecake layer: add the cheesecake pudding mix to the yogurt and stir until smooth. The mixture should be thick.
Topping: Dice strawberries
Layer: In a 8oz jar, spread the graham cracker crumbs in the bottom. Add the cheesecake layer and push the filing down into the graham cracker crumbs. Finally, top with diced strawberries.
Serve: Enjoy immediately or until you are ready to eat. Keep refrigerated.
