Ingredients

  • 1 cup water or milk
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • Salt
  • Fruit Optional
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar Optional
  • Dash of cinnamon Optional

Instructions

  • Measure 1/2 cup oats and add to a bowl
  • Measure 1 cup water or milk and add to oats in bowl
  • Add a dash of salt to bowl
  • Microwave bowl for 2 minutes
  • Remove bowl from microwave and stir.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and mix well (Optional)
  • Add fresh fruit (Optional)
  • Add a dash of cinnamon and mix well (Optional)
