Grab a cutting board & knife
Place the steak on the cutting board
Slice the steak into thick slices, 2 inches long
Grab a large bowl
Add 2 tbsp olive oil to bowl
Add 1 tbsp rosemary to bowl
Add 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Add 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce to bowl
Add salt & pepper to bowl
Mix together
Place all the steak in the bowl
Place plastic wrap over bowl
Put in fridge for 15 minutes to marinate
Grab the fries
Add half the bag to the air fryer
Cook according to the package
Once fries are done take the steak out
On a cutting board lay the steak flat & add 4-5 fries in the middle of the steak
Roll up & put a toothpick through the middle
Repeat this step until all fries & steak is used
Grab a skillet
Place 2 steak frites on the pan
Cook for 3 minutes then flip sides
Drizzle with steak sauce
