No-Bake Oatmeal Energy Balls

Ingredients
- 1 Cup - 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Tbsp - Chia seeds
- 3 tbsp - Honey or maple syrup
- ½ Cup - Dried fruit of choice and chocolate chips
- ½ Cup - Ground flaxseed
- ⅓ Cup - or 2 scoops of peanut butter or sun butter
- 1 tsp - Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp - Coconut oil or Olive oil
Instructions
- - Wash Hands with soap and water before starting
- - Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well
- - Freeze for 20 minutes
- - Rub coconut oil or olive oil on hands before forming oat balls to reduce sticking to hands
- - Roll about a spoon full of dough between your palms to form a small ball
- - Place the small balls of dough on your parchment paper lined plate or oil lined plate
- - Freeze for 1 hour
