Baked Boneless Wings

- 3 Bowls
- Baking Tray
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of Pepper
- Pinch of garlic powder
- Other seasonings optional
- 1/2 cup of hot sauce
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breast
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Add 1/4 cup of flour to large bowl
- Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and optional seasonings you would like to the same bowl and stir to mix
- Crack and whish egg and place in another bowl
- Add the 1/2 cup breadcrumbs to the third bowl
- Cover baking tray with tin foil and spray the foil with cooking spray
- Using a cutting board and a knife cut the four strips of boneless chicken into nugget size bites
- Dip the nuggets one at a time in flour mixture
- Then dip into egg
- Then dip into panko crumbs mixture
- Make sure to coat the chicken pieces evenly
- Place the dipped nuggets onto baking tray
- Put the nuggets in oven and bake for 15-20 mins
- Once chicken is completely cooked, turn oven on broil for 1-2 minutes (this will make your chicken crispy)
- Take nuggets out the oven
- Toss nuggets in sauce (OPTIONAL)
