Greek Meatballs

- 1 TBSP
- 1 Pan
- 1 Cutting board
- 1 Knife
Ingredients
- 4 oz White bread
- 1 Onion
- 8 oz Ground beef
- 8 oz Ground pork
- 1 1/2 tbsp Mint
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 3 oz Flour
Instructions
- Grab a knife & cutting board
- Chop up onion into small pieces
- Grab a small bowl
- Place 4 oz bread in bowl
- Let it soak for 2 minutes
- Take bread and squeeze excess water out of bread
- Grab the blinder
- Add bread to blinder
- Add onion to blinder
- Add 1 tbsp parsley to blinder
- Add 1 1/2 tbsp mint to blinder
- Mix until it makes a paste
- Grab a large bowl
- Add the meat to the bowl
- Add the bread paste to bowl
- Add 1 egg to bowl
- Add 1 tbsp minced garlic to bowl
- Add 1 tbsp olive oil to bowl
- Mix all ingredients until well combined
- Grab a pair of gloves
- Grab a plate
- Add flour to plate
- Using a tbsp scoop the meat mixture up
- Roll it into a ball
- Roll the ball in the flour
- Place on a baking sheet
- Continue this step until all meat is used
- Place the baking sheet in the fridge for 15 minutes
- Grab a hotplate & pan
- Turn the pan on high
- Add olive oil to pan
- Place meatballs in pan
- Cook for 5-10 minutes or until brown
