Single-Serve Coconut Cream Cheese Bites

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon butter softened
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ½ tablespoons coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Wash your hands.
- Grab a small bowl.
- Add 2 teaspoons cream cheese to the bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon softened butter.
- Use a spoon or fork to mix until smooth.
- Add 3 tablespoons powdered sugar.
- Add 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Mix everything together until creamy.
- Add 2½ tablespoons coconut flakes and stir well.
- Roll the mixture into 3–4 small balls.
- Pour 1 teaspoon cinnamon onto a plate.
- Roll each ball in the cinnamon until coated.
- Place the balls in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to firm up.
