- 1 Strainer
Ingredients
- 1 lbs Bowtie pasta
- Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Marinara sauce
Instructions
- Grab a hotplate
- Turn the hotplate on high heat
- Grab a large pot
- Fill the pot with water
- Put a pinch of salt in the water
- Put the pot on the hotplate
- Once the water starts to boil add 1 lbs of pasta
- Cook the pasta for 8 minutes
- Place a strainer in the sink
- Strain the pasta
- Grab a large skillet
- Pour 1/4 cup oil into the skillet
- Turn the hotplate on medium heat
- Once oil is hot, add 1 cup pasta to skillet
- Cook one side of the pasta until it is golden and crispy, about 5 minutes
- Flip the pasta and cook for 5 minutes on the other side
- Once crispy, using a spoon scoop the pasta out
- Place the pasta on a paper towel to grain
- Sprinkle parmesan on pasta
- Sprinkle seasoning on
- Repeat steps until all pasta to cooked
- Grab a microwave safe bowl
- Add marinara sauce to bowl
- Heat in microwave for 1 minute or until warm
- Plate the pasta and pour sauce over it to serve
