Balsamic-Goat Cheese Grilled Plums

balsamic vinegar
4
medium firm plums
halved and pitted

grated lemon zest
1/2
cup
crumbled goat cheese

Prep Work
measure and prepare your ingredients
For the Glaze
in a small sauce pan, combine vinegar and lemon zest
turn heat on high, bring to a boil
once at a boil, lower heat to medium for 10-12 minutes
turn the heat off when mixture is thickened
For the Plums
heat skillet at medium heat
spray with non-stick cooking spray
place plums face down for 2-3 minutes
flip plums over for another 2-3 minutes
remove from heat, place plums on plate.
Drizzle with glaze
top with crumbled cheese
Clean Up
turn stove top off
put ingredients away
cover and refrigerate any leftovers
