Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Cover a baking sheet with foil
Spray the baking sheet with cooking spray
On a cutting board, cut each vegetable into two chunks
Place vegetables in a bowl
On the same cutting board, cut each chicken strip into four chunks
Put the chick chunks in another bowl
Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of salt on chicken
Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of pepper on chicken
Use gloves to mix chicken with salt and pepper
Grab two wooden skewers
Thread chicken and vegetables through skewer
You can choose however you would like to order your chicken and veggies
Place your kabobs on baking sheet
Place baking sheet in oven and cook for 25 mins.
