Chicken and Vegetable Kabobs
Chicken on a stick
Equipment
- Baking Sheet
- 2 Bowls
- Wooden Skewers
- Gloves
- Cutting board
- Knife
Ingredients
- 2 strips of chicken
- 3 pieces of onions
- 3 pieces of red pepper
- 3 pieces of yellow pepper
- 3 pieces of carrot
- 5 pieces of green beans
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Cover a baking sheet with foil
- Spray the baking sheet with cooking spray
- On a cutting board, cut each vegetable into two chunks
- Place vegetables in a bowl
- On the same cutting board, cut each chicken strip into four chunks
- Put the chick chunks in another bowl
- Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of salt on chicken
- Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of pepper on chicken
- Use gloves to mix chicken with salt and pepper
- Grab two wooden skewers
- Thread chicken and vegetables through skewer
- You can choose however you would like to order your chicken and veggies
- Place your kabobs on baking sheet
- Place baking sheet in oven and cook for 25 mins.
