Boxed Mac N Cheese + Veggies

Equipment
- Sauce Pot
- Liquid Measuring Cup
- Stirring Spoon
- Cutting board
- Knife
Ingredients
- 1 box (7-1/4oz) macaroni & cheese
- 6 cups Water
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Assorted Vegetables/Beans
Instructions
- Bring water to boil in medium saucepan.
- While waiting for water to boil, choose 1 type vegetable/bean that will be added to the macaroni and prepare 1/2 cup of vegetable accordingly (ex: cut, blend, mash, steam, etc).
- Add Macaroni and cook 7 to 8 min (or until tender) stirring occasionally.
- Drain the water from the macaroni (Do not rinse).
- Return macaroni to pan.
- Add 1/4 cup butter to macaroni.
- Add 1/4 cup milk to macaroni
- Add cheese packet to macaroni.
- Stir ingredients together.
- Add the 1/2 cup of the vegetable or bean of your choice to the macaroni.
- Serve!
