Ingredients needed:

1 tbsp unsalted butter

3 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 tbsp granulated white sugar

1 egg
- 1 tbsp sprinkles or chocolate chips

Mug or small bowl

Another small bowl

1 tablespoon measure

Whisk or Fork

Medium-sized microwavable plate

Parchment paper

Microwave
Directions:
- Grab your 1 egg and crack it into your small bowl
- Using a fork or a whisk, make a circular motion and whisk your egg so it looks like this below:


- Set this whisked egg aside
- Next, melt 1 tbsp of your unsalted butter in your mug (or other small bowl for about 15 seconds and adding 5 seconds if not melted yet)
- Add 3 tbsp of your flour into the mug
- Add 2 tbsp of white granulated sugar
- Add 1 tbsp of your whisked egg into the mug
- Use your whisk or fork to whisk together until a smooth dough forms
- Stir in half of your sprinkles (or chocolate chips)
- Line a medium-sized microwave-safe plate with parchment paper
- Scrape dough onto middle of plate and shape into a cookie or microwave in mug
- Place rest of sprinkles on surface of cookie
- Microwave for no more than 50 seconds
- Consume right away for best taste! 🙂
