Steak Frites Bites

- 1 Cutting board
- 1 Knife
- 1 TBSP
- Oven
- 1 Large Bowl
- Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 1 lbs Flank Steak
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Rosemary
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Pinch Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 Bag French Fries
Instructions
- Grab a cutting board & knife
- Place the steak on the cutting board
- Slice the steak into thick slices, 2 inches long
- Grab a large bowl
- Add 2 tbsp olive oil to bowl
- Add 1 tbsp rosemary to bowl
- Add 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Add 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce to bowl
- Add salt & pepper to bowl
- Mix together
- Place all the steak in the bowl
- Place plastic wrap over bowl
- Put in fridge for 15 minutes to marinate
- Grab the fries
- Add half the bag to the air fryer
- Cook according to the package
- Once fries are done take the steak out
- On a cutting board lay the steak flat & add 4-5 fries in the middle of the steak
- Roll up & put a toothpick through the middle
- Repeat this step until all fries & steak is used
- Grab a skillet
- Place 2 steak frites on the pan
- Cook for 3 minutes then flip sides
- Drizzle with steak sauce
