Steak Frites Bites

Equipment

  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 TBSP
  • Oven
  • 1 Large Bowl
  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Flank Steak
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Pinch Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 Bag French Fries

Instructions

  • Grab a cutting board & knife
  • Place the steak on the cutting board
  • Slice the steak into thick slices, 2 inches long
  • Grab a large bowl
  • Add 2 tbsp olive oil to bowl
  • Add 1 tbsp rosemary to bowl
  • Add 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Add 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce to bowl
  • Add salt & pepper to bowl
  • Mix together
  • Place all the steak in the bowl
  • Place plastic wrap over bowl
  • Put in fridge for 15 minutes to marinate
  • Grab the fries
  • Add half the bag to the air fryer
  • Cook according to the package
  • Once fries are done take the steak out
  • On a cutting board lay the steak flat & add 4-5 fries in the middle of the steak
  • Roll up & put a toothpick through the middle
  • Repeat this step until all fries & steak is used
  • Grab a skillet
  • Place 2 steak frites on the pan
  • Cook for 3 minutes then flip sides
  • Drizzle with steak sauce

Equipment

  • 1/4 Cup
  • 1 Cup
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • 1 Tablespoon
  • 1 Electric Mixer
  • 1 Large Bowl
  • 1 Baking Sheet

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Butter (softened)
  • 3 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups Coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Grab a large bowl
  • Add 4 oz cream cheese to bowl
  • Add 1/4 cup butter to bowl
  • Turn on electric mixer & mix together
  • Once smooth, add 3 cups powdered sugar to bowl
  • Add 1 tsp vanilla to bowl
  • Turn mixer on & mix together
  • Add 2 1/2 cups of coconut flakes to bowl
  • Mix together
  • Grab a baking sheet
  • Grab a pair of gloves
  • Roll the mixture into small balls
  • Grab a plate & pour cinnamon on the plate
  • Take all the balls & roll them in the cinnamon mixture
  • Place in the fridge for 20 minutes

Potato Pancake

Potato Pancake

Equipment

  • 1 Potato peeler
  • 1 Pot
  • 1 knife/cutting board
  • 1 Masher
  • 1 Hot Plate
  • 1 Bowl

Ingredients

  • 5 Potatoes
  • 8 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Cup 2% milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

Mashed Potatoes

  • Wash your potatoes
  • Peel the potatoes using a potato peeler
  • Cut the potatoes into cubes
  • Fill a pot full of water
  • Fill the pot with water halfway
  • Place the pot on the hotplate & turn on high heat
  • Once the water is boiling add the potatoes to the pot
  • Cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are soft
  • Pour the potatoes into a strainer
  • Pour the potatoes in a large bowl
  • Taking a potato masher mash the potatoes
  • Add 1 cup of milk to bowl
  • Add 2 tbsp butter to bowl
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Place the mashed potatoes in Tupperware and place in fridge

Potato Pancake

  • Grab a large bowl
  • Add mashed potatoes to bowl
  • Add 8 tbsp cornstarch to bowl
  • Add 2 eggs to bowl
  • Add salt & pepper to bowl
  • Add 1/2 tsp garlic salt to bowl
  • Mix together
  • Grab a handful of the potato mixture
  • Slowly flatten the mixture into a flat pancake
  • Continue this step until all mixture is gone
  • Grab a pan
  • Add 1 tbsp of oil to pan
  • Turn hotplate on high heat
  • Once pan is hot place 1 potato pancake on pan
  • Cook for 5 minutes
  • Flip to the other side and cook for 5 minutes
  • Continue this step until all pancakes are made
