Individual No-Bake Cheesecake Cup
A simple one-person recipe that helps members practice measuring, mixing, layering, and independence.
Equipment
- Small bowl
- Spoon
- Cup or ramekin
Ingredients
- 2 graham crackers
- 1 teaspoon melted butter
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese softened
- 1 tablespoon whipped topping
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- Optional: strawberries blueberries, or chocolate chips
Instructions
- Wash hands with soap and water before cooking.
- Crush the graham crackers; Break graham crackers into small crumbs using your hands or a spoon.
- Make the crust; Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the cup.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, whipped topping, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spoon the filling on top of the crust.
- Add fruit or chocolate chips if desired.
- Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes or eat right away.
- Clean up
- Throw away trash and wash dishes.
