Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Chocolate Chip Pancakes

  • Mixing bowl
  • 1 Tablespoon
  • 1/4 teaspoon
  • 1 1/4 cup
  • 3/4 Teaspoon
  • 1/3 Cup

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 4 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 3/4 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Grab a mixing bowl and mixing spoon
  • Add 1 1/4 cup flour to bowl
  • Add 1 tbsp sugar to bowl
  • Add 1/4 tsp cinnamon to bowl
  • Add 1 tbsp baking powder to bowl
  • Add 1/4 tsp salt to bowl
  • Mix all dry ingredients together with a mixing spoon
  • Grab a medium bowl
  • Crack 2 eggs into bowl
  • Add 1 cup milk to bowl
  • Add 4
  • Add 4 tbsp butter to microwave safe cup
  • Melt butter in microwave for 30 seconds
  • Add melted butter to bowl
  • Add 3/4 tsp vanilla to bowl
  • Mix all wet ingredients together
  • Mix together wet ingredients into dry ingredient bowl until mixture is smooth
  • Add 1/3 cup chocolate chips to bowl and fold into mixture
  • Grab a frying pan or skillet
  • Spray frying pan or skillet with cooking spray
  • Turn stove top on to medium heat
  • Spoon a small amount of batter into frying pan
  • Using spatula flip when top begins to bubble
  • Using spatula take pancake out of pan. Add syrup and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries, strawberries, peaches, etc. Your choice!
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup Original Bisquick mix
  • 1 tbsp Milk any milk should be fine, may cook a bit different. If you do not desire milk, water may be substitute but may not be as creamy.

These ingredients are optional and only if desired!

  • 1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp nuts (pecans, almonds, walnuts, etc.), chopped, if desired
  • 1 tbsp old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  • Chop fruit if necessary (if other than any sort of berry)
  • In microwavable mug, mix fruit and 1 tablespoon of the sugar.
  • In small bowl, mix Bisquickâ„¢ mix, remaining 1 tablespoon sugar, and any of the "if desired" ingredients. Add milk, and stir until a thick dough forms.
  • Drop dough in clumps over fruit in mug.
  • Microwave uncovered on High 90 seconds to 2 minutes or until fruit bubbles to top of mug. Cobbler will be very hot; wait 5 minutes before serving.
  • Top with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.

Simple Fruit Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • strawberries
  • 1 pineapple

Instructions

  • Wash the strawberries and place on cutting board
  • Grab a cutting board and a knife
  • Cut the strawberries into slices
  • Cut the pineapple into cubes
  • Place the cut up pineapple and strawberries on a plate
  • Grab a medium bowl
  • Add 1 cup of sour cream to bowl
  • Add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar to bowl
  • Add 1 tablespoon of lime juice to bowl
  • Mix all the ingredients in the bowl
  • Take the cut up fruit and dip it in the dip
  • Enjoy 🙂

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 packet of dry Ranch dressing seasoning mix or Italian dressing mix
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Carrot (long carrots)

Instructions

  • Wash all vegetables in cold water
  • Cut carrot into long strips
  • Cut Yellow bell pepper into strips
  • Cut Cucumber into strips or round slices (your choice!)
  • Grab a medium bowl
  • Add 1 cup sour cream to bowl
  • Add 1 cup mayonnaise to bowl
  • Add your 1 packet choice of dry seasoning to the bowl
  • Mix all ingredients together in bowl with spoon
  • Dip vegetables in dip and enjoy!
