Ingredients
- Large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
- Taco seasoning
- Cooked chicken (optional)
- Green pepper (optional)
- Onion (optional)
- Tomatoes (optional)
Instructions
- Grab a cutting board and knife
- Wash all vegetables
- Chop green pepper into bite sized pieces
- Cut tomatoes into bite sized pieces
- If adding chicken, cook in a skillet.
- take chicken out of skillet and put on plate.
- spray skillet with cooking spray.
- Grab a soft flour tortilla and place in skillet.
- Add all ingredients to the middle of the tortilla
- Once cheese is melted, fold the tortilla in half with a spatula.
- flip tortilla.
- Remove tortilla from skillet and slice in half
- Add sour cream or salsa to taste
