Fill pot with water
Turn stove top burner onto high heat & bring water to a boil
Pour elbow mac and cheese noodles into pot
Cook noodles until soft (8 min)
Using strainer, drain pasta and rinse and cold water. Drain it again.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a white bowl put 2/3 cup of cooked noodles
Add a teaspoon of butter to bowl
Pour 1/3 cup of milk into bowl
Add 1/2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese to bowl
Add l/2 cup of mozzarella cheese to bowl
Pour 1 tablespoon of beaten egg into bowl
Add a pinch of salt and pepper
Using a spoon stir all ingredients together
Get a muffin pan
Spray muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray
Using spoon scoop mixture from bowl into muffin pan (2-4 spots)
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs over muffins
Put in oven and cook for 30 mins
