Overnight Oats

A make-ahead breakfast jar with oats, milk, fruit, and optional toppings that chills overnight for an easy grab-and-go meal.

Equipment

  • 1/4 Measuring Cup
  • 1/2 Measuring Cup
  • 1 TBSP
  • Jar or Container with Lid

Ingredients

Ingredients Per Person

  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup fruit

Instructions

Steps

  • Wash hands.
  • Measure oats into jar or container.
  • Add milk.
  • Stir in chia seeds and honey.
  • Add fruit.
  • Put lid on container.
  • Label with name/date.
  • Place in refrigerator.
