A make-ahead breakfast jar with oats, milk, fruit, and optional toppings that chills overnight for an easy grab-and-go meal.

- Jar or Container with Lid

Ingredients Per Person
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
- 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup fruit
Instructions
Steps
- Wash hands.
- Measure oats into jar or container.
- Add milk.
- Stir in chia seeds and honey.
- Add fruit.
- Put lid on container.
- Label with name/date.
- Place in refrigerator.
