Equipment:
- Saucepan
- Ramekin
- 1/4 teaspoon
- 1 tablespoon
- Strainer
Ingredients:
- 3 oz (6 tablespoons) pasta
- 1/4 tsp of olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon of butter
- 2 tablespoons of shredded parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Squeeze of lemon juice and pinch of garlic powder for a Lemony Garlic Pasta
Instructions:

Boil the noodles according to package instructions.

Drain noodles.

Measure out about 5-6 tablespoons (or about 3 oz) of pasta (or however much is a small serving in the ramekin).

Toss the pasta with 1/4 teaspoon olive oil in your ramekin until oil is combined.

Add the parmesan, butter, salt and pepper and toss to combine again.

Stir in the lemon juice and garlic powder (optional for lemony garlic taste).

Serve immediately.
