Mini Wonton Cannoli Cups

- Cupcake baking pans
- Bowl
- Spoon
- Measuring cups and spoons
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Ricotta cheese
- 2/3 Cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or almond extract
- 1/2 cup Mini semi sweet chocolate chips
- 5 wonton wrappers
Instructions
Cannoli filling
- Grab medium size mixing bowl and spoon
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese to bowl
- Stir for about 2 minutes until cheese is smooth and creamy
- Add 2/3 cup of powdered sugar to bowl
- Mix until smooth
- Add 1 tsp of vanilla or almond extract
- Add 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips
- Mix all ingredients together
Wonton
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray cupcake pans with cooking spray
- Place wonton in cupcake holders
- Place wontons in oven for 5 mins
- Remove from oven
- Scoop canoli filling into wonton holders
- Place back into oven for 5 mins or until golden brown
- Let cool
- Add chocolate chips to the top
- Enjoy!
