Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tsp ground cinnamon

Peel: Peel apples.

Chop: Cut apples evenly into bite-sized pieces.

Stew: Place apples and all remaining ingredients in a large pot or saucepan. Set over medium heat and cover. Then lower heat, to bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring often, until apples are fork tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
