- 1 Microwave safe bowl
- 1 Mixing bowl
- 1 Whisk
- Hot Plate
- 1 Medium Size Pan
- 1 Spatula
- 1 1/4 Cup
- 1 Plate Per person
- 1 Butter Knife
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/4 TSP Salt
- 2 TBSP Butter Melted
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
Butter
- Put the butter into a microwave safe bowl
- Microwave for 15 seconds
- If not melted repeat
Batter
- Grab the mixing bowl
- Put the flour in the bowl
- Crack the eggs and put them into the bowl
- Grab the whisk and mix them together
- Add the milk to the bowl
- Mix
- Add the water to the bowl
- Mix
- Add salt
- Add melted butter
- Mix
Cooking
- Put your pan on the hot plate and set it to medium
- Once the pan gets hot spray cooking spray into the pan
- Grab the 1/4 cup
- Put one scoop of batter into the middle of the pan
- Tilt the pan so that the batter covers the bottom of the pan
- Cook for 2 minutes (Top should be dry)
- Grab a spatula and flip the crepe
- Cook for 1 minute
- Put crepe on your plate
- Add the toppings that you like and enjoy
