STRAWBERRY MANGO SMOOTHIE

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks

Instructions

  • If the strawberries are fresh, cut the tops off
  • Add juice, yogurt, and fruit to blender
  • On blender, press "puree" or "blend" for about 1 min until smooth.
  • Pour in a cup and enjoy!
