Fried Mac and Cheese Balls

Ingredients
- 1 package boxed macaroni and cheese mix
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups peanut oil for frying
Instructions
- Grab a hotplate and pot
- Add 3 cups water to pot
- Turn hotplate on level 5 heat
- Place lid on pot
- Wait until water is boiled (water should be bubbling)
- Once water is boiled add macaroni to pot
- Cook pasta for 8 minutes
- Turn hotplate off
- Grab a strainer and place it in the sink
- Dump pasta in strainer
- Return pasta to pot
- Add 2 tablespoon butter to pot
- Add 1/4 cup milk to pot
- Add cheese package to pot
- Stir all ingredients together
- Add 1 cup cheddar cheese to pot
- Place pot in freezer for 30 minutes
- heat oil in deep fryer
- While oil is heating, form cold mac and cheese into 2 inch balls and set aside
- Slowly and carefully, place 3 mac and cheese balls into the fryer
- When mac and cheese is lightly browned about 5 minutes, carefully take out using tongs and set on a drying rack.
