Grilled Chicken Garden Salad

- Cutting board
- Knife
- Pan for cooking
- Plate
- Bowl
- Cooking spoon
- Cooking Oil
Ingredients
- 1 Chicken breast
- 1 dash Salt, Pepper, and other seasonings
- 2 cups Lettuce
- 1 cup Fresh Veggies optional
- 1/2 cup Salad dressing optional
Instructions
- Cut chicken breast into strips about 1 inch thick
- Pour about 1/2 tablespoon of oil on chicken.
- Season with salt, pepper, and other seasonings (optional)
- Place pan on stove and set the burner to medium. Put chicken in pack and cook until it is no longer pink in the midder, about 3-4 minutes
- When chicken is done, place on clean plate
- Grab a handful of lettuce and place into a bowl
- Cut desired veggies and add to bowl
- Top with chicken
- Choose dressing, add to salad
