Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- ¼ lime juiced
- 1 dash salt
- 1 tbsp onion, small diced
- 1 tbsp Fresh Cilantro chopped
- 1 tomato, Roma diced
- ½ tsp garlic minced
- 1 dash black pepper ground
Instructions
- Cut an avocado in half and take out pit, Set half aside for someone else to use
- Using a spoon, scoop out inside of an avocado and place in a bowl
- Mash advocado until smooth, or you can leave it chunky
- Using a knife, dice up 1 roma tomato into small pieces on a cutting board then add to bowl
- Using a knife, dice up an onion, add 2 Tablespoons to avocado/tomato mixture to bowl
- Chop cilantro into small bits, add 1 Tablespoon to bowl
- Add minced garlic to bowl
- Cut a lime into 4 chunks
- Squeeze 1 quarter of lime into bowl
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients together, Serve with chips, as a spread, or condiment.
