Who does not like Pancakes?

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Spatula
  • Fork
  • Nonstick Spray

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Pancake Mix
  • 2 Tablespoons Cold Water
  • Chocolate chips Optional
  • blueberries Optional
  • syrup Optional
  • butter Optional

Instructions

  • Heat skillet over medium-low heat or electric griddle to 375 F.
  • Add 1/4 cup pancake mix to bowl
  • Add 2 Tablespoon cold water and toppings in bowl
  • Stir with fork until large lumps disappear. Let stand 3-4 minutes to thicken.
  • Spray skillet with non-stick spray.
  • Pour batter onto lightly greased skillet.
  • Flip pancakes when pancakes,bubble and bottoms are golden brown.
  • When both sides are golden brown, take pancakes off griddle using a spatula.
  • Enjoy!
