Greek Halva

Greek Halva

Equipment

  • 1/4 Cup
  • 1/2 Cup
  • 1 Tupperware
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Spatula

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Powdered milk
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup pistachio nuts

Instructions

  • Grab a large bowl
  • Add 3/4 cup powdered milk to bowl
  • Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar to bowl
  • Mix together
  • Add 1/2 cup Greek yogurt to bowl
  • Mix together
  • Grab a pair of gloves
  • With your hands mix ingredients together until it crumbles
  • Grab a small Tupperware or container
  • Line the bottom on the mold with parchment paper
  • Add 1/2 cup pistachios to bottom of container
  • Add mixture on top of pistachios
  • Pack down mixture using a spatula until all of it is in the container
  • Put in freezer for 1 hour
  • Take out and drizzle honey on top

Lemon Chicken & Rice

  • 1 Large pot
  • 1 Pan
  • 1 Cup
  • 1 TBSP
  • 1/2 TBSP
  • 1/2 Cup
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Knife

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • Half Onion
  • 1 1/2 Cup White Rice
  • 1 1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Large Lemon
  • 3 tbsp Parsley
  • 3 tbsp Dill
  • Chicken Breast

Instructions

  • Grab a cutting board & knife
  • Cut half an onion into small pieces

Rice

  • Grab the hotplate & pan
  • Turn hotplate on high heat
  • Add 1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil to pan
  • Wait for pan to get warm
  • Add half the onion to pan
  • Add 1 tbsp minced garlic to pan
  • Cook for 5 minutes
  • Grab a large pot
  • Fill the pot half way with water
  • Add bag of rice to water
  • Add 1 1/4 cup chicken broth to pot
  • Cook rice according to box
  • Once rice is cooked add garlic & onion to pot
  • Add 4 tbsp lemon juice to pot
  • Add 1 tsp lemon zest to pot
  • Add 3 tbsp parsley to pot
  • Add 3 tbsp dill to pot
  • Add salt & pepper to taste
  • Mix together

Chicken

  • Grab a cutting board & knife
  • Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces
  • Grab a hotplate & pan
  • Turn hotplate on high
  • Add 1 tbsp oil to pan
  • Wait for pan to heat up then add chicken to pan
  • Cook chicken for 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is white

  • 1 TBSP
  • 1 Pan
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Knife

Ingredients

  • 4 oz White bread
  • 1 Onion
  • 8 oz Ground beef
  • 8 oz Ground pork
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Mint
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 3 oz Flour

Instructions

  • Grab a knife & cutting board
  • Chop up onion into small pieces
  • Grab a small bowl
  • Place 4 oz bread in bowl
  • Let it soak for 2 minutes
  • Take bread and squeeze excess water out of bread
  • Grab the blinder
  • Add bread to blinder
  • Add onion to blinder
  • Add 1 tbsp parsley to blinder
  • Add 1 1/2 tbsp mint to blinder
  • Mix until it makes a paste
  • Grab a large bowl
  • Add the meat to the bowl
  • Add the bread paste to bowl
  • Add 1 egg to bowl
  • Add 1 tbsp minced garlic to bowl
  • Add 1 tbsp olive oil to bowl
  • Mix all ingredients until well combined
  • Grab a pair of gloves
  • Grab a plate
  • Add flour to plate
  • Using a tbsp scoop the meat mixture up
  • Roll it into a ball
  • Roll the ball in the flour
  • Place on a baking sheet
  • Continue this step until all meat is used
  • Place the baking sheet in the fridge for 15 minutes
  • Grab a hotplate & pan
  • Turn the pan on high
  • Add olive oil to pan
  • Place meatballs in pan
  • Cook for 5-10 minutes or until brown

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Grab a large bowl
  • Add 1 1/2 cup brown sugar to bowl
  • Grab a microwave safe bowl
  • Add 1 stick of butter to bowl
  • Microwave for 15 seconds or until butter to melted
  • Add the butter to the large bowl
  • Crack 2 eggs in the bowl
  • Add 1 tsp vanilla to bowl
  • Mix ingredients together
  • Add 1 1/2 cup flour to bowl
  • Add 1/2 tsp baking powder to bowl
  • Add 1/2 tsp salt to bowl
  • Add 1 cup chocolate chips to bowl
  • Mix ingredients together
  • Grab 2 8x8 baking pans
  • Spray cooking spray on pans
  • Add blondie mixture to both pan
  • Turn oven to 350 degrees
  • Place pans in oven & bake for 20 minutes
