Lemon Chicken & Rice

- 1 Large pot
- 1 Pan
- 1 Cup
- 1 TBSP
- 1/2 TBSP
- 1/2 Cup
- 1 Cutting board
- 1 Knife
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- Half Onion
- 1 1/2 Cup White Rice
- 1 1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Large Lemon
- 3 tbsp Parsley
- 3 tbsp Dill
- Chicken Breast
Instructions
- Grab a cutting board & knife
- Cut half an onion into small pieces
Rice
- Grab the hotplate & pan
- Turn hotplate on high heat
- Add 1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil to pan
- Wait for pan to get warm
- Add half the onion to pan
- Add 1 tbsp minced garlic to pan
- Cook for 5 minutes
- Grab a large pot
- Fill the pot half way with water
- Add bag of rice to water
- Add 1 1/4 cup chicken broth to pot
- Cook rice according to box
- Once rice is cooked add garlic & onion to pot
- Add 4 tbsp lemon juice to pot
- Add 1 tsp lemon zest to pot
- Add 3 tbsp parsley to pot
- Add 3 tbsp dill to pot
- Add salt & pepper to taste
- Mix together
Chicken
- Grab a cutting board & knife
- Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces
- Grab a hotplate & pan
- Turn hotplate on high
- Add 1 tbsp oil to pan
- Wait for pan to heat up then add chicken to pan
- Cook chicken for 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is white
