Philly Cheesesteak
Ingredients
- 1 thinly sliced steak
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 hoagie roll
- 1 slice of provolone cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Sautéed Onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc.
- Grab knife and cutting board
- Using knife slice vegetables into thin slices
- Grab hot plate and skillet
- Turn hot plate onto med-high heat
- Add 1 tbsp olive oil to pan
- Add vegetables to pan
- Season with optional seasonings
- Let vegetable cook until soft
- Place on plate for later
Steak
- Using knife and cutting board
- Slice steak into thin slices (the thinner the better)
- Season steak with optional seasonings
- Grab hot plate and skillet
- Add 1tbsp of olive oil
- Add steak to pan
- Cook steak until no pink
- Add veggies to pan
- Group all ingredients into pile
- add cheese to on top
- let cheese melt
Hoagie
- coat bread with butter
- Place hoagie on flat skillet to warm bun
- Add steak and veggie mix to bun
