Garlic Bread

Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 loaf Italian Bread
  • 3 tablespoon mixed cheese
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  • Put butter and oil into microwave safe bowl
  • Chop up 4 garlic cloves into small pieces
  • Add the chopped-up garlic cloves to the bowl
  • Put the bowl in the microwave for 1 minute
  • Cut the bread into thick slices
  • Put the bread on the baking pan and heat it in oven until it is brown
  • Take a spoon and put the oil mixture on each piece of toast
  • Add 3 tablespoon mixed cheese on each piece of toast
  • Put the toast back in the oven for 30 seconds
  • Take out and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas peeled and diced
  • 1 pineapple peeled and diced
  • 2 apples peeled and diced
  • 1 mango peeled and diced
  • 4 kiwis peeled and diced
  • 2 oranges peeled and segmented
  • 2 cups grapes peeled and halve

Instructions

  • Peel and dice bananas, pineapple, apples, mango, and kiwi
  • Peel and segment the oranges
  • Peel and halve the grapes
  • In a large bowl, combine the all the fruit together

French Onion Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1/2 cup butter

Instructions

  • Grab a baking pan
  • Grab the convention oven
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
  • Add 1 cup rice to pan
  • Add 1 can French onion soup to pan
  • Add 1 can beef broth to pan
  • Grab a cutting board and knife
  • Cut the butter into slices
  • Add the butter slices on top of the rice pan
  • Grab aluminum foil
  • Cover the rice pan with the foil
  • Put the pan in the oven for 25 minutes
  • Remove the foil and continue baking for 20 minutes

Alfredo Pasta

Alfredo Pasta

A delicious pasta dish
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 28 minutes

Ingredients

  • Noodles
  • Alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup yellow pepper
  • 1/4 cup green pepper

Instructions

  • Grab a hot plate and pot
  • Add 5 cups of water to pot
  • Add a pinch of salt to pot
  • Cover pot with top
  • Turn hot plate on medium heat
  • Boil water until bubbles appear in pot
  • Once water is boiled add pasta to pot
  • Cook pasta for 10 minutes
  • Wash all vegetables
  • Grab a cutting board and knife
  • Dice 1/4 cup tomatoes
  • Chop 1/4 cup yellow peppers
  • Chop 1/4 cup green peppers
  • Grab a strainer and place it in the sink
  • Once pasta is cooked pour pasta in strainer to get water out
  • Grab a pan
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil to pan
  • Add all vegetables to pan
  • Cook vegetables for 5 minutes
  • Add alfredo sauce to pan
  • Let sauce simmer for 8 minutes
  • Add pasta to the saucepan

Ingredients

  • 2 Bosc pears cored
  • 2 Cortland apples cored
  • 1 pineapple skin removed and cored
  • 2 bananas peeled
  • 2 cup seedless grapes
  • 1 tsp ground star anise
  • 1 tbsp ground allspice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 Juice of lemon or lime

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  • Cut pears, apples, pineapple and bananas into equal sized chunks.
  • Toss with the spices, sugar and butter in the bowl.
  • Bake in a 9″ by 13″ baking dish until the fruit is soft and caramelized, about 30 minutes.
  • Gently fold in the berries, grapes and citrus juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Flour Tortilla or may also substitute English muffins instead of the tortillas
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup of Marinara Sauce
  • 1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese

Optional Ingredients/Toppings

  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped Peppers
  • olives
  • ham
  • beef
  • bacon
  • any other veggies

Instructions

  • Preheat oven/toaster 400 degrees
  • Place tortilla on backing sheet with tin foil
  • Spray tin foil with non-stick cooking spray
  • Chop/ slice or prepare any optional ingredients
  • Pour 1/2 cup of Marinara sauce on tortilla
  • Spread the sauce evenly on the tortilla
  • Sprinkle a 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano on sauce
  • Sprinkle a 1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese evenly on top of sauce
  • Add any optional ingredients
  • Place baking sheet in oven
  • Set timer for 10 mins or until cheese is melted
  • After timer goes off, take pizza out of the oven
  • Remove pizza from bakign pan using spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 package boxed macaroni and cheese mix
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups peanut oil for frying

Instructions

  • Grab a hotplate and pot
  • Add 3 cups water to pot
  • Turn hotplate on level 5 heat
  • Place lid on pot
  • Wait until water is boiled (water should be bubbling)
  • Once water is boiled add macaroni to pot
  • Cook pasta for 8 minutes
  • Turn hotplate off
  • Grab a strainer and place it in the sink
  • Dump pasta in strainer
  • Return pasta to pot
  • Add 2 tablespoon butter to pot
  • Add 1/4 cup milk to pot
  • Add cheese package to pot
  • Stir all ingredients together
  • Add 1 cup cheddar cheese to pot
  • Place pot in freezer for 30 minutes
  • heat oil in deep fryer
  • While oil is heating, form cold mac and cheese into 2 inch balls and set aside
  • Slowly and carefully, place 3 mac and cheese balls into the fryer
  • When mac and cheese is lightly browned about 5 minutes, carefully take out using tongs and set on a drying rack.
  • Enjoy!

SALSA CHICKEN BURRITO FILLING

SALSA CHICKEN BURRITO FILLING

Ingredients

  • 2 skinless and boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 teaspoon cumin ground
  • 1 4 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 1.25 ounce package taco
  • hot sauce to taste

Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts and tomato sauce in a medium saucepan over medium high heat.
  • Bring to a boil, then add the salsa, seasoning, cumin, garlic and chili powder.
  • Let simmer for 15 minutes.
  • With a fork, start pulling the chicken meat apart into thin strings.
  • Keep cooking pulled chicken meat and sauce, covered, for another 5 to 10 minutes,
  • Add hot sauce to taste and stir together (Note: You may need to add a bit of water if the mixture is cooked too high and gets too thick.)
  • Turn off the burner once done

Ingredients

  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Add 3 cups of all purpose flour to bowl
  • Add 3/4 cup brown sugar to bowl
  • Add 2 eggs into bowl
  • Microwave 1 cup butter until soft
  • Add 1 cup softened butter to bowl
  • Mix ingredients together until dough is creamy
  • Add 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips to bowl
  • Fold chocolate chips into creamy mix
  • Get cookie sheet pan
  • Spray cookie sheet pan with cooking spray
  • Take spoon full of dough and roll into small ball
  • Place cookies about 2 inches apart from each other
  • Place in oven
  • Bake for 8-10 mins or until golden brown
  • Remove and let cool

NO-BAKE OATMEAL COOKIES

NO-BAKE OATMEAL COOKIES

A no-bake treat that's good all day.

  • Spatula or drinking glass

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons peanut or almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3/4 cups “quick” or “1-minute” oats the smallest kind
  • 1/4 cup shredded dried coconut sweetened or unsweetened
  • Pinch of salt if your nut butter is unsalted

Instructions

  • Put the nut butter and honey in the bowl and put it in the microwave. Cook until the nut butter is melted and the honey is liquid-y, 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on your microwave.
  • Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave.
  • Add the oats and coconut and stir well. Add the salt, if using.
  • Use a tablespoon to form the mixture into balls, and put them on the baking sheet. Use the spatula or the bottom of the glass to press down gently until they form “cookies.” (If some of the dough sticks to the spatula or glass while you’re doing this, just peel it off and use your fingers to reform the cookie.)
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  • Enjoy or store in an airtight container up to 2 days.
