Preheat oven to 400 degrees Cut onions and bell peppers into slices Dice tomatoes Dice avocados On a stovetop, heat a skillet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat Add onions and peppers to the skillet and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes Turn off the heat and sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper (optional) Add chips to a baking sheet Top the chips with black beans, onions, and peppers Sprinkle cheese on top Bake in the oven until cheese melts Add diced tomatoes and diced avocado Enjoy

Lightly coat inside of mug with a little bit of cooking spray Inside of the mug first mix 1 tablespoon butter, 1 egg yolk, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, Add a pinch of salt. Stir in ¼ cup flour Add 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips Microwave for 1 minute Let cool down before eating Enjoy!

Rinse strawberries Grab a knife and cutting board Cut strawberries in halves Slice bananas Measure 1/2 cup of yogurt Place yogurt in bowl covering the bottom Measure ½ cup of fruit Place fruit on top of yogurt Place another ½ cup of yogurt on top of fruit Top with ½ cup of granola Enjoy!

1 Large Flour Tortilla 1/4 cup of Marinara Sauce 1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese Pepper and onion

Preheat oven/toaster 400 degrees Place tortilla on backing sheet with tin foil Spray tin foil with non-stick cooking spray Cut peppers and onions Pour 1/4 cup of Marinara sauce on tortilla Spread the sauce evenly on the tortilla Sprinkle a 1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese evenly on top of sauce Add onions and peppers Place baking sheet in oven Set timer for 10 mins or until cheese is melted After timer goes off, take pizza out of the oven Remove pizza from baking pan using spatula Let cool and enjoy

Microwave 2 tortillas on a plate until slightly crispy Mix ½ cup shredded chicken, onion, and pepper in a bowl Microwave for 1-2 minutes Spread chicken and vegetables on one tortilla Add tomato Cover chicken and vegetables with cheese Place back in microwave Cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute Enjoy!

Heat oven to 365 degrees Spray tray/cookie sheet with cooking spray Cut hot dog into 4 or 5 pieces Cut crescent triangles in half Roll crescent dough around a mini hot dog Repeat until there is no more dough or hot dogs Bake for 14-16 minutes Serve with ketchup and mustard

Peel potato until no skin Cut potatoes into small quarters (up, down, then across) Place potatoes onto microwave safe plate Heat in microwave for 3 ½ – 4 ½ minutes Stick knife into potato to make sure it goes through (this means it’s done) Season potatoes Place 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in skillet Place over medium – high heat Allow butter to melt Add potatoes to skillet Cook potatoes 8-10 minutes (be sure to flip potatoes every 2-3 minutes for even browning) Enjoy! With ketchup (optional)

Graham crackers Marshmallows Hershey chocolate bar
Directions
Turn the oven on broil and then line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Break all the graham crackers and chocolate into squares, to prepare for building the smores. Place graham cracker squares on the sheet pan Place the chocolate on top of the graham crackers and then top each piece of chocolate with a marshmallow. Place the sheet pan on the center rack of the oven and broil the smores for about 1 to 2 minutes. (Make sure to keep your eyes on this while they are in the oven. The marshmallows can burn very easily!) Once the marshmallows are at the toastiness level that you like, remove them from the oven and press another graham cracker square on top of each marshmallow to squeeze them all together. Enjoy your smores from the oven!

½ cup cheese of choice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Wash and dry bell pepper
Cut pepper in half and place on aluminum foil
Remove membrane and seeds with a knife
Season bell pepper with a pinch of salt and pepper
Chop onion into small pieces
Heat a pan over medium high heat
Add 1 tsp of olive oil to pan
Add onions to pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes
Add ground beef to pan and season
Cook meat until brown
Add 1 cup marinara sauce to meat and mix
Spoon the meat and sauce mixture into the peppers
Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top
Place in oven for 25-30 minutes
Let cool and enjoy
