Baked Buffalo Chicken Wontons
Ingredients
- 12 Wonton Wrappers
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup colby jack cheese
- 1 cooked chicken shredded
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
Instructions
Wontons
- Turn on oven and preheat to 350 degrees
- Spray muffin pan with cooking spray
- Place one wonton wrapper in each muffin cup
- Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly brown
- Remove from oven and let cool
Chicken
- Take chicken and put in bowl
- Use two forks to shred chicken in pieces place to the side
Buffalo chicken Cream cheese filling
- In mixing bowl add 2 oz of cream cheese
- Add 1/8 cup of sour cream
- Add 2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce
- Add 1/8 cup of shredded cheese
- Add shredded chicken
- Mix all ingredients together
Final steps
- Spoon filling into wonton cups
- Place wonton cups in oven again and bake for 8 more minutes or until filling is warm
- Top with a couple green onions
- Enjoy
