Scrambled Eggs
Don't let your brain get scrambled by this amazing taste.
Equipment
- Bowl
- Skillet
- Whisk or Mixing Spoon
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 oz. Milk
- 1 tsp Salt and Pepper
- Cheese Optional
Instructions
- Crack eggs and empty them into a bowl. (Be sure no shell gets inside the bowl)
- Add milk, salt and pepper to the bowl.
- Beat the egg mixture until smooth.
- Heay butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat (3 or 4 setting) until hot.
- Pour in egg mixture.
- As eggs begin to set (stop being liquidy), GENTLY fold the eggs across the pan with a spatula, forming large soft curds.
- If you like to add cheese, add it at this time
- Once the eggs look fluffy and there's no running liquid, take them out the pan and put on a plate.
