Ingredients
- 1 cup loosely packed spinach
- 1/2 cup unsweetened milk or milk of choice
- 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed: spinach, milk, oats, blueberries, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Blend and serve!
