Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars

- 1 Cup
- 1/2 Cup
- 1 TBSP
- 13x9 inch Baking dish
- 1 Mixing bowl
- 1 Microwave safe bowl
Ingredients
- 2 cans original crescent rolls
- 2 packs cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Grab a 13x9 inch baking dish
- Unroll 1 can of dough
- Press the dough into the bottom of the dish
- Grab a mixing bowl
- Add 2 packs of cream cheese to bowl
- Add 1 cup sugar to bowl
- Add 1 tsp vanilla to bowl
- Grab an electric mixer
- Put the whisks in the bowl
- Turn the mixer on medium speed
- Mix until there are no lumps and ingredients are mixed together
- Spread the mixture over the dough
- Unroll the second can of dough
- Place on top of the mixture
- Pinch the seams together
- Grab a microwave safe bowl
- Add 1/2 cup butter to bowl
- Place in microwave for 15 seconds or until melted
- Pour the butter on top of the mixture
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar on top
- Sprinkle 1 tbsp cinnamon on top
- Bake on 350 for 30 minutes
- Put in fridge for 30 minutes to cool
