Easy Pecan Pie Bars

- Preheat oven to 300 degree F.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the 3 eggs.
- Add the 2 1/4 cups packed, brown sugar.
- Stir in the 2 cups of flour, 1 tbsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt until smooth.
- Add the pecans and vanilla (dough will be stiff).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Spread dough in the greased baking pan.
- Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 to 35 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean)
- Cool before cutting.
Notes
*If you bought whole nuts, put 2 cups in a large Ziplock bag, remove all the air, and crush by rolling with a rolling pin
