SALSA CHICKEN BURRITO FILLING

Ingredients

  • 2 skinless and boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 teaspoon cumin ground
  • 1 4 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 1.25 ounce package taco
  • hot sauce to taste

Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts and tomato sauce in a medium saucepan over medium high heat.
  • Bring to a boil, then add the salsa, seasoning, cumin, garlic and chili powder.
  • Let simmer for 15 minutes.
  • With a fork, start pulling the chicken meat apart into thin strings.
  • Keep cooking pulled chicken meat and sauce, covered, for another 5 to 10 minutes,
  • Add hot sauce to taste and stir together (Note: You may need to add a bit of water if the mixture is cooked too high and gets too thick.)
  • Turn off the burner once done

Ingredients

  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Add 3 cups of all purpose flour to bowl
  • Add 3/4 cup brown sugar to bowl
  • Add 2 eggs into bowl
  • Microwave 1 cup butter until soft
  • Add 1 cup softened butter to bowl
  • Mix ingredients together until dough is creamy
  • Add 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips to bowl
  • Fold chocolate chips into creamy mix
  • Get cookie sheet pan
  • Spray cookie sheet pan with cooking spray
  • Take spoon full of dough and roll into small ball
  • Place cookies about 2 inches apart from each other
  • Place in oven
  • Bake for 8-10 mins or until golden brown
  • Remove and let cool
