Ingredients

  • Chicken strips or breasts
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven/toaster oven to 400 degrees
  • Cover baking sheet with tin foil
  • Spray tin foil with non-stick cooking spray
  • In a bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, thyme, and basil. Mix well.
  • In another bowl, crack egg and add milk. Mix together.
  • Using plate or cutting board, cut chicken into 1″ pieces
  • Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture
  • Then, dip chicken pieces into breadcrumb mixture. Cover evenly.
  • Place chicken onto baking sheet and spread out evenly
  • Place baking sheet into oven
  • Set timer for 23 minutes
  • After timer goes off, take chicken out of oven using oven mitts
  • When chicken in completely white inside, it is safe to eat!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • Other seasonings optional
  • 1/2 cup of hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breast

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Add 1/4 cup of flour to large bowl
  • Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and optional seasonings you would like to the same bowl and stir to mix
  • Crack and whish egg and place in another bowl
  • Add the 1/2 cup breadcrumbs to the third bowl
  • Cover baking tray with tin foil and spray the foil with cooking spray
  • Using a cutting board and a knife cut the four strips of boneless chicken into nugget size bites
  • Dip the nuggets one at a time in flour mixture
  • Then dip into egg
  • Then dip into panko crumbs mixture
  • Make sure to coat the chicken pieces evenly
  • Place the dipped nuggets onto baking tray
  • Put the nuggets in oven and bake for 15-20 mins
  • Once chicken is completely cooked, turn oven on broil for 1-2 minutes (this will make your chicken crispy)
  • Take nuggets out the oven
  • Toss nuggets in sauce (OPTIONAL)

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts 1-1/2 lb.
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 4 tbs Traditional Pasta Sauce
  • Natural Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  • Grab a cutting board and knife
  • Cut the white fat off the chicken
  • Grab a gray bowl
  • Crack 4 eggs into the bowl and mix with milk
  • Grab a second bowl.
  • Add 4 tablespoons of Parmesan and 1/2 a cup of bread crumbs to your second bowl.
  • Grab your chicken and dip both sides in your egg mixture.
  • Then, dip both sides of chicken in Parmesan mixture.
  • Spray your pan with cooking spray.
  • Place your chicken on pan.
  • Bake 20 minutes.
  • Remove chicken from oven.
  • add your sauce and mozzarella.
  • Place chicken back in the oven for 10 min. (or until mozzarella is melted.)
  • Remove chicken from oven and let cool.

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 oz. Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt and Pepper
  • Cheese Optional

Instructions

  • Crack eggs and empty them into a bowl. (Be sure no shell gets inside the bowl)
  • Add milk, salt and pepper to the bowl.
  • Beat the egg mixture until smooth.
  • Heay butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat (3 or 4 setting) until hot.
  • Pour in egg mixture.
  • As eggs begin to set (stop being liquidy), GENTLY fold the eggs across the pan with a spatula, forming large soft curds.
  • If you like to add cheese, add it at this time
  • Once the eggs look fluffy and there's no running liquid, take them out the pan and put on a plate.

  • 1/4 Cup Pancake Mix
  • 2 Tablespoons Cold Water
  • Chocolate chips Optional
  • blueberries Optional
  • syrup Optional
  • butter Optional

Instructions

  • Heat skillet over medium-low heat or electric griddle to 375 F.
  • Add 1/4 cup pancake mix to bowl
  • Add 2 Tablespoon cold water and toppings in bowl
  • Stir with fork until large lumps disappear. Let stand 3-4 minutes to thicken.
  • Spray skillet with non-stick spray.
  • Pour batter onto lightly greased skillet.
  • Flip pancakes when pancakes,bubble and bottoms are golden brown.
  • When both sides are golden brown, take pancakes off griddle using a spatula.
